Endorphin blades are manufactured from high quality Carbon TR 50S and advanced epoxy resins with advanced ‘UV’ composition, which gives yellowing resistance to conventional epoxy resins.
The arrangement of the fabrics and their placement in the blade play a crucial role in its function and performance.

The design of modern blades is mainly focused on achieving better performance by increasing the total angle between the foot and the blade.
The angle of the 30° Endorphin blades determines a higher preload making the blade more reactive. Combined with the new C4 (400/300) heel angle of the 3°, we achieve a total angle of 33° resulting in excellent kinematic performance.
The Endorphin blades are specially designed to work seamlessly with the new C4 footpocket (400/300)
so that we can take full advantage of their properties without restriction.

Endorphin blades are produced in 4 different choices hardness.
Soft for free divers up to 70 kg
Medium/Soft for freedivers 70-80 kg
Medium for free divers 80-90 kg
Hard for free divers 90 kg and up
Of course, the above are suggested values, as the final choice of hardness depends on many factors, such as the free diver’s body, the technique of his foot, the use of the blade (long hours of swim, snorkeling etc.)

Technical data

Handmade high performance blades made of carbon fiber and top epoxy resins.
They are manufactured by the resin casting process under vacuum
(VIP – Vacuum Infusion Process)
With this method we achieve a uniform impregnation of fabrics with the right amount of resin required.
A very basic advantage of this method is to eliminate entrapped air bubbles in the blade. This gives us more durability of the blade.
Captured air bubbles play a catalytic role in blade strength as they break the fabric’s consistency resulting in cracking or even breaking in extreme conditions.
Impregnation with the ideal amount of resin gives us the advantage of low blade weight but also the full utilization of carbon fiber properties (Resistance to Tensile, Elasticity, Fracture Exacerbation) resulting in Resistance Explosiveness, Durability and Reliability.
