The kevlar with its unique golden appearance gives extraordinary strength combined with carbon fiber in the core of the blade with which we achieve explosivity and maximum performance.
The X-type layer positioning we have chosen to use gives us the advantage of graded hardness (as we climb to the tread the hardness and blade detonation increases to meet the proportionately increasing demands of the thimble) as well as lateral stiffness.
The combination of a chosen kevlar and carbon fiber, gives us the advantage of exploiting the unique characteristics of each one so that our blade maintains its consistency and its exceptional characteristics (expansion, response, water displacement … ) in each direction and direction of the user’s field.
The bending profile is in the middle of the blade to meet the requirements of the free diver of each level.
The innovation of the Revolution blades is found on its overall structure and dimensions (18.5 cm width,77 cm length) the 20 degree angle and in combination with the fabric layout, we achieve maximum performance with less work.
Revolution blades are produced in 3 different choices hardness.
Soft for free divers up to 75 kg
Medium for free divers 75-95 kg
Hard for free divers 95 kg and up
Of course, the above are suggested values, as the final choice of hardness depends on many factors, such as the free diver’s body, the technique of his foot, the use of the blade (long hours of swim, snorkeling etc.)

(VIP – Vacuum Infusion Process)
With this method we achieve a uniform impregnation of fabrics with the right amount of resin required.
A very basic advantage of this method is to eliminate entrapped air bubbles in the blade. This gives us more strength of the product produced. Caged air bubbles play a catalytic role in blade strength as they break the cohesion of fabrics, resulting in cracking or even breaking in extreme conditions.
Impregnation with the ideal amount of resin gives us the advantage of low blade weight but also the full utilization of carbon fiber properties resulting in resilience, durability and reliability.
