1) WARRANTY
Our company undertakes to replace your product free of charge in the event that it is solely due to a manufacturing error.
It does not under any circumstances assume a monetary compensation to the buyer.
2) POWER & DURATION
This warranty applies only if you present the warranty form (ORIGINAL) together with your product,
in the store where it was purchased.
The serial number on this form should match the serial number shown on the back of your product.
This warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. It is individual and not transferable.
3) CAUTION
The product warranty covers ONLY the blades if the damage is due to a manufacturing error / failure of the material. The warranty does not cover damage due to accident or inaccuracies during handling or storage (dropping, pressing, exposure to very high temperatures, eg portals, terraces, etc.).
It does not cover the footpockets, water rails and stickers for material failure or damage, as well as sticking them with the blades.
4) CHECK / REPLACEMENT TRANSMISSION COSTS
The costs of transporting the product will be borne solely by the purchaser who is obliged to transport it from and to his / her shop for purchase / repair.
5) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Deep Dive Xtasy is not responsible for any damage or damage that may result from the use of its products.
It will not be liable for damages caused by non-observance of the full contents of the Instruction Manual,
particularly in the instructions for use and maintenance of the product.
The overall responsibility of Deep Dive Xtasy will be limited to repairing or replacing the product at its discretion.
It will not pay any compensation for any difficulties that may be caused by the inability
the use of the product or any costs incurred in repairing or replacing the product.
